MIDDLEBROOK PTA MEETINGS 2023-2024

 

PTA Meetings are usually held at 9:30 a.m. on the 3rd Thursday of the month.   Everyone is welcome to attend.  Meetings will be held in person and we will start the year off with a Zoom option. We have a President's report as well as  detailed reporting from the Principal and a Teacher Representative to keep you informed on what's happening at school. On certain occasions, we will also have certain topics of conversation or a presentation from our Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, other district professional, or special guest. Our dates for this year are:

• Sept 21st 9:30 am - Portrait of a Graduate, Long Range Planning. Guest Speaker, Kevin Smith

• Oct 19th 7pm  - Coffee with Principal - topics TBD - possible BOE Forum - trying to coordinate joint PTA BOE forum -OCT 19th Meeting Cancelled - Please attend the BOE Meeting 10/19 and our upcoming Candidate forum Oct 30th.

• Education-Focused Candidate Forum - Monday, October 30th, 7:30-9:30 PM Clune Auditorium, Wilton High School

• Nov 9th 7pm - Digital Well Being Presentation (held early to avoid short days for conferences). We have a featured speaker from Bark!

• Dec 21st 9:30 am (provisional, will take place)

• Jan 18th 9:30 am - Coffee with Principal - topics TBD

• Feb 15th 9:30 am - Member and Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast

• Mar 21st 9:30 am - Coffee with Principal - topics TBD 

• Apr 11th 9:30 am - Meeting followed by Turnover Shop Visit/Feature

• May 16th 9:30 am - Mental Health and Wellness Presentation (May is mental health awareness month)

• June 6th 9:30 am (provisional)
